“And they devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers.” -Acts 2:42
About FCC Youth
FCC Youth exists so that students from grades 6th-12th can gather together to worship and care for our community, grow together to become more like Jesus, and go together to share the gospel and serve the world.
Throughout the year, FCC Youth has various group events like fundraisers, hang-outs, service projects, mission trips, camps, and special events. Please connect and contact Janice Wagner (email@example.com) for info regarding upcoming events. If interested, ask to get on the email list.
When: Wednesdays, 6:00 – 7:15 pm
Where: FCC Basement/Bottom Floor
Every Wednesday night we meet in the FCC Basement to gather and grow together. Each night we have food, friends, and fellowship. Doors open at 5:00 PM for those who want to hang out earlier. Worship starts at 6:00 PM, so get here earlier for hang out and food. We start off with an activity/game. We then have a small talk with growth groups or sermon with discussion time. We close with a time of praising God via music and praying together.
*Snacks are provided.
FCC Youth Volunteers
First Christian Church is committed to the safety of our youth. Therefore, all volunteers are required to complete a background check, and must have attended church at FCC for at least six months.
FCC Youth is always looking for individuals who have a passion to contribute to the youth ministry in some way. We are in need of event drivers, hosts, and sponsors. Furthermore, we are looking for individuals who can be spiritual mentors and small group leaders every Wednesday night. Finally, if you have a passion for youth and music, then there is a great opportunity to use your musical gifts here. Contact Janice Wagner (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you have a heart-felt desire to become a FCC Youth volunteer (adults and college students).
