By a vote of 62-8 (89% in favor), a resolution to withdraw
from the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) was passed.
By a vote of 63-6, with 1 abstention (90% in favor), the
existing Constitution and Bylaws were revoked and a new
Constitution and Bylaws were adopted.
