First Christian Church provides ministry for children (babies – 5th grade) to enjoy while parents attend our worship service. If you feel more comfortable keeping your little one with you during the service, please feel free to do so. There is a wiggle room available at the entrance to the sanctuary.
FCC Kids classrooms are located on the 3rd floor. All adults who interact with children complete a background check and are instructed in safety/security procedures. Volunteers are trained in how to work with children based on their age group and learning styles.
Babies 0-2 years
FCC has a nursery available for our youngest visitors. There is also a room adjacent to the sanctuary where parents can view and hear the worship service while their little ones play with toys or read books.

Preschool 3-5 years
Each Sunday, First Christian Church provides classes for preschool children during worship services. FCC teaches Biblical concepts using activities that give preschoolers practical ways to apply what they learn when they return home.

Elementary 1st grade – 5th grade
Sunday mornings give Elementary children the chance to learn Bible truths in a fun way that helps them understand and apply these truths at home, at school, and during extracurricular activities in their community.

Want to get involved and help out with FCC Kids? Volunteers must complete a background check and attend First Christian Church for at least six months before helping with the Children’s Ministry.
