Join us as we start 2022 by seeking the Lord together for three weeks of prayer and fasting (January 1-21). There are plenty of ways to participate – find the way that works best for you:
- Fast for one or more days, or for one or more days per week
- Fast for one or two meals per day (for as many days as you choose)
- Fast from certain foods for certain days, or for all three weeks
- Fast from all solid food (only drinking water, broth, or juice)
If you have health concerns, consult your doctor before you fast. Ask God how he would have you participate as we set our hearts to hear what the Spirit of God has to say to his church for this coming year.
