Join us in Room 306– (Wednesday, June 14 at 7:00 PM) FCC Women’s Fellowship will be making simple (no zippers, no buttonholes, no snaps) dresses for little girls in Africa. However, they can be decorated with trim. We have some material but are happy to have more. Each dress requires 1-1/4 yards (5/8 for body of dress and 5/8 for sleeves and contrasting ruffle) of 100% cotton if you have some you would like to donate. If you don’t sew, that’s OK, we still need ladies to cut, and press the seams and dresses, or just to offer words of encouragement. If you are unable to attend and wish to help , prayerfully consider donating to help cover the cost of shipping. Each dress costs about $2 to send to Africa.
