Do you like fresh homegrown apples? Saturday, September 9 at 10:00 am we are going to pick apples at the Hayward’s farm at 482 N 750 Road in Overbrook. Families are welcome to come pick, the Haywards generously share the pickings. Then on Monday, September 11 at 6:30 pm, Kathy will show us how to easily prepare these apples to freeze and use later for a pie or to use as a scrumptious topping for ice cream.
